1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gone.wtf (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Gone.wtf is a non-custodial, decentralized privacy tool built on the Solana blockchain. The Service allows users to enhance the privacy of their Solana transactions through zero-knowledge proof technology and compressed token accounts.
Important: Gone.wtf does not have custody of your funds at any time. All transactions are executed directly on the Solana blockchain through smart contracts.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your withdrawal notes
- Verify all transaction details before confirming deposits or withdrawals
- Accept full responsibility for any losses due to user error or negligence
- Not attempt to exploit, attack, or manipulate the Service or smart contracts
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- Process proceeds from illegal activities
- Evade lawful tax obligations
- Circumvent sanctions or embargoes
- Engage in market manipulation or fraud
5. Privacy and Anonymity
While the Service is designed to enhance transaction privacy on the Solana blockchain, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity. Blockchain analysis techniques continue to evolve, and users should not rely solely on this Service for privacy protection.

6. Risks and Disclaimers
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept:
- Smart Contract Risk: The Service relies on smart contracts which may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
- Blockchain Risk: Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible
- Loss of Funds: You may lose access to your funds if you lose your withdrawal note
- Network Congestion: Solana network issues may affect transaction processing
- Regulatory Risk: Privacy tools may be subject to changing regulations
- No Insurance: Funds are not insured by any government or private entity
7. No Custody or Control
Gone.wtf is a non-custodial service. We never have access to, custody of, or control over your funds. All deposits are controlled by smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. You maintain full control and responsibility for your assets at all times.
8. Fees
The Service charges fees for processing transactions. Current fees are displayed on the Service interface before you confirm any transaction. Fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
In addition to Service fees, you will incur Solana network fees (gas fees) which are paid directly to the Solana network and are not controlled by Gone.wtf.
9. Withdrawal Notes
CRITICAL: Your withdrawal note is the ONLY way to access your deposited funds.
- Store your withdrawal note securely and privately
- Never share your withdrawal note with anyone
- Gone.wtf cannot recover lost withdrawal notes
- Anyone with access to your withdrawal note can withdraw your funds
- Lost withdrawal notes result in permanent loss of funds
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GONE.WTF AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to smart contract bugs or exploits
- Loss of funds due to lost withdrawal notes
- Losses due to network congestion or failures
- Losses due to user error or negligence
- Regulatory actions or legal consequences
11. No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
12. Intellectual Property
The Service interface, design, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The smart contracts are open source and available under the MIT License. See our Copyright page for details.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gone.wtf, its contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to decentralized protocols, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Copyright notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gone.wtf regarding the Service.
