2. Smart Contracts

The Gone.wtf smart contracts are released under the MIT License, an open-source license that allows anyone to use, modify, and distribute the code.

The smart contract source code is available on GitHub and has been deployed to the Solana blockchain, where it operates autonomously and immutably.

  • Don't imply endorsement by Gone.wtf

The Gone.wtf logo, name, and branding elements are trademarks and may not be used without permission. This includes:

6. User Content

Since Gone.wtf is a non-custodial protocol that doesn't collect user data or host user content, there are no user-generated materials subject to copyright.

Transaction data on the Solana blockchain is public and not subject to our copyright. Users own their keys and withdrawal notes.

7. Attribution Requirements

If you use our open-source smart contracts or build derivative works:

  • Required: Maintain the MIT license header in smart contract code
  • Recommended: Credit Gone.wtf in your documentation
  • Appreciated: Link back to our project and contribute improvements
  • Prohibited: Don't imply that Gone.wtf endorses your fork or derivative

8. Fair Use

We support fair use of our materials for purposes such as:
